![]() BiographyNiu Zhenheng, a member of the Communist Party, has obtained his Bachelor of Archival Science in Anhui University, Bachelor of law in Anhui Normal University, Master of Library Science in Chinese Academy of Sciences and Research Librarian in National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences. From 1994 to 2008, he worked in the library of Anhui Science and Technology University. As the deputy director and director of the Acquisition and Cataloguing Department, he had made remarkable achievements in improving the cost performance of book procurement. Since 2009, he has worked in Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Process, Chinese Academy of Sciences, once serving as deputy director of Strategic Planning and Information Center and as deputy director of Condition Guarantee Department(in charge of informatization, library and archives). He led the team to promote the informatization level evaluation ranking of Chinese Academy of Sciences from 80th to 7th. He was also a member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Institute and member of the Supporting Party branch. His research fields are Information Resource Management, Subject Knowledge Service and Modern Archives Management. As first author, he has published more than 40 articles (29 core journals) in Library and Information Service, Documentation, Information & Knowledge, Information and Documentation Services, China Publishing Journal, Publishing Research, Journal of the National Library of China, Library Development, Library Theory and Practice, Library Journal, Information Studies: Theory & Application, Journal of Modern Information, Research on Library Science, etc. He has been invited by Library and Information Service as a reviewer. He has presided over more than ten projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Literature and Information Center. The project is under research: New Research Paradigm Based on E-SCIENCE (Approval No. 15BTQ057), general project of National Office for Philosophy and Social Sciences(2nd host). |
